For the 24/25 Season, we’re introducing the brand-new & redesigned Nomad + Maiden Freeride Collections. Despite being nearly unchanged over the past eight years, we decided that for the 24/25 season, it was officially time to give our highly-decorated and best-selling Nomad + Maiden Freeride lines a serious facelift.

With this revamp, we wanted to stay true to the freeride origins of these skis, keeping some of the core qualities that people love about the Nomad and Maidens while adding pop, reducing swing weight, and modernizing the shape to create a livelier ski overall.

We feel confident that this is the best collection of skis that we have ever produced and are excited to get you on a pair! Welcome to your new Nomad and Maiden.

What exactly is new about the redesigned Nomad + Maiden? We’re glad you asked.

◉ ADDED CARBON STRINGERS FOR MORE POP

We’ve added four carbon stringers above and below the core to not only add more liveliness throughout the ski, but also give the ski a lot more pop and rebound edge to edge as well as tip to tail.   

◉ INCREASED CAMBER TO ENHANCE LIVELINESS AND REBOUND

We've also doubled the camber underfoot from 2mm to 4mm. Giving the ski a lot more energy and rebound, the additional camber brings in new life to your Nomad and Maiden you didn't even know was missing.

◉ NEW FLY-CAP TIP AND TAIL CONSTRUCTION TO REDUCE SWING WEIGHT

We’ve updated the tip and tail construction to create a better strength to weight ratio, allowing us to reduce the overall swing weight of the ski without compromising their on-piste performance.

◉ MORE SYMMETRICAL SHAPE TO ENHANCE PLAYFUL ETHOS

Paying homage to the freestyle nature of the Nomad and Maiden, we’ve also modernized the shape and made the tip and tail slightly more symmetrical.
