Icelantic Teams Up With Inflik

"Inflik is a film production company based in the heart of British Columbia, since the begining in 2009 inflik's main goal has been to help the up and coming talent of Canada become known, by documenting their talents at the highest level." Icelantic Skis is proud to announce a new partnership with members of the Inflik crew for the ’14-’15 season as these guys hit the road again skiing, filming, and spreading the word about Icelantic in western Canada. Inflik just launched their new movie “The Doorstep Project” which has been in the running at iF3 and has gained solid traction already in ski media with their compelling cinematography and honest portrayal of urban skiing and life on the road. Doorstep Project: December 2013, three friends, Jarred Martin, Kieran Nikula and filmer, Wiz (Kaleb) Weston adopt a 1980's Ford motor home and set off on a six-month journey of British Columbia's diverse urban Mecca's. Overcoming a new set of daily challenges imposed by BC's extreme winters. Piling into an already cramped RV with friends Jordan Innes & Zam (Sam) Matchett, the crew linked back up with another Kamloops native, Parker Blackstock. Together battling through a three week arctic spell in the small town of Prince George. Amongst other trips brough challenges like uncovering the deeply buried streets in the mountain town of Revelstoke. Finishing off the season sneaking the motor home around behind the back of Whistler parking enforcements, ensuring wherever they go the spot or the mountain is at their 'doorstep'. This is the Doorstep Project.

‘The Doorstep Project’ will be released for free online after November 22nd right after the premier tour ends so stay tuned and check it out. If you are lucky enough to be close to one of these tour stops make sure to attend.
